AGLAE: Grand Louvre Accelerator for elementary analysis (C2RMF equipment)
AGLAE, Grand Louvre Accelerator of Elemental Analyses, is an analytical device for the study of works of art and archaeology. It is 26 metres long and weighs 10 tonnes and is built under the Louvre Museum in a protected area. Its emissions make it possible to identify, even in the trace state, all the chemical elements present in the surface layers of the object. Their nature, concentration and location reveal the history of the object and allow it to be authenticated.

ALLODISCRIM/ ALLOSEXISM: Alert listening cell and treatment of discrimination and sexual and gender-based violence.
Involved for several years in the fight against discrimination and in the promotion of work organisation in favour of equal opportunities for men and women, the Ministry of Culture has opened several internal projects in the recruitment, reception and training of staff to prevent the risks of discrimination and promote diversity. A “Allo Discrim / Allo Sexism” alert and reporting system has been opened to the 30,000 officers of the Ministry of Culture to report any act of discrimination or sexual harassment.

NA: National Archives
The National Archives preserve the archives of the central organs of the French State. They were created by decree of the Constituent Assembly in 1790. The headquarters of the Archives are located in Pierrefitte-sur-Seine, but some collections are kept in Paris and Fontainebleau. These three sites contain a total of 350 linear km of archives that document the history of France from the 7th century to the present day.

BE: Good Children
On the territory of the former revolutionary section of the Royal Palace (May 1790), a stone’s throw from the Comédie Française and the Louvre Palace, rise the Bons Enfants, a building belonging to the Ministry of Culture. It consists of two distinct and heterogeneous buildings:
- one on Rue Saint Honoré, built by Georges Vaudoyer in 1919 for the Louvre department store. In 1933 it was occupied by the Ministry of Finance.
- the other, on rue Montesquieu, designed by Olivier Lahalle in 1960 for the extension of the offices of the Ministry of Finance.

BnF: National Library of France
The National Library of France (BnF) is the national library of the French Republic. Heiress of the royal collections constituted since the Middle Ages, it has one of the richest collections in the world.
The BnF has a mission of collection, archiving and maintenance (conservation, restoration), in particular of everything published or published in France, but also of research activities and dissemination of knowledge, thanks in particular to the regular organization of exhibitions for the general public and multiple cultural events.

The Official Bulletin of Public Procurement Announcements (BOAMP) is the bulletin published by the Legal Information Directorate. CADA: Commission for Access to Administrative Documents
Commission d'accès aux documents administratives is an independent administrative authority responsible for ensuring freedom of access to administrative documents and public records and the reuse of public information. It may be seized by persons (natural or legal) who have been opposed to an unfavourable decision regarding access to administrative documents or reuse of public information. The committee may also be consulted by the authorities requested in these matters.

CAOA: Curator Antiques and Works of Art
The curator of antiquities and works of art (CAOA) is the interlocutor, at the departmental level, of the curator of historical monuments in charge of the furniture protected under the title of historical monuments, for all matters relating to the protection and preservation of movable objects. It carries out its regulatory tasks under the scientific supervision of the curator of historic monuments in charge of the protected furniture.

CHORUS DT: Temporary Travel Management Application
Chorus Temporary Travel is the interdepartmental application for managing temporary travel for government officials as well as ad hoc stakeholders (guests, juries, etc.). Fully integrated with Chorus and in «zero paper», this tool allows to create mission orders and expense reports, to buy online a transport ticket, hotel and vehicle rental. It also allows you to submit a request for temporary relocation for validation via an electronic approval circuit.

CHORUS: Government Budget, Financial and Accounting Information System
The Chorus application is an integrated management software package (ERP) based on SAP, whose functionalities have been adapted to implement the Organic Law on Financial Laws of 1 August 2001 (LOLF). Chorus makes it possible to improve the management of public administration and facilitates controls by ensuring the traceability of financial data. This tool is shared by all the financial actors of the central and decentralized services of the State. The development and maintenance of Chorus was entrusted to the Agency for Financial Computerization of the State (AIFE), a department with national competence attached to the Ministry responsible for the budget.

CHSCT: Health, Safety and Working Conditions Committee
The CHSCT, Health, Safety and Working Conditions Committee, is a representative organisation of the staff, present in establishments with at least 50 employees. The CHSCT is responsible for the protection of workers, particularly in terms of hygiene, health and safety. It must also help to improve working conditions.

CHSM: Departmental Health and Safety Committee
The Departmental Health and Safety Committee is composed of: two representatives of the administration and seven representatives of the staff and seven alternates. Staff representatives are appointed by the most representative trade union organisations in view of the composition of the Ministerial Technical Committee. Their term of office is four years. Only the full representatives designated by the trade unions take part in the vote.

CNAC: National Circus Arts Centre
