In the Far East, where 39% of the inhabitants, or 2.16 million people, live in one of the 4,553 rural communes of the region (insee figures), the challenges of the Spring of rurality are major.
An ambition to promote and strengthen the cultural offer in rural areas
The Printemps de la ruralité aims for several weeks to share ideas and generate proposals from stakeholders and all citizens on cultural life in rural areas.
Regional meetings open to all: 10 events in the Grand Est
In parallel to the national online consultation, the DRAC Grand Est organizes debates in each of the 10 departments of the region, in order to collect opinions, proposals and highlight initiatives carried out in rural municipalities. It is about inspiring and sharing by assessing the role the state can play in supporting communities. The inhabitants, the cultural and associative actors of the sector, the elected representatives… are expected.
These debates will feed the National Assizes that will validate a roadmap to strengthen culture in the heart of rural territories.
Admission is free. These meetings are organized by the DRAC Grand Est, in partnership with cultural structures located in rural areas.
