Laurent ROTURIER is Regional Director of Cultural Affairs of Île-de-France since September 1, 2019, renewed in his functions by the Minister of Culture Rima ABDUL MALAK on September 1, 2022 for a new term of three years.
Previously, Laurent ROTURIER was DRAC d'Occitanie since 1 January 2016, after having worked as DRAC de Midi-Pyrénées from 2013 and 2015 and having been commissioned as a prefigurator to prepare the merger of DRAC Midi-Pyrénées and Languedoc-Roussillon.
Before joining the Ministry of Culture, he was DGS of the City of Bron in Greater Lyon, after having held the position of DGA of the Agglomeration Community of Annecy.
Administrator of the out-class state, Laurent ROTURIER is a graduate of the National Institute of Territorial Studies (INET, promotion Vercors 2006).
He has been President of the DRAC National Association since 2016.
Distinctions: Knight of the Legion of Honor, Officer of the National Order of Merit, Knight of Arts and Letters.
