Cinema, audiovisual, digital - Pôle Publics et Territoires -
The advisor in charge of the cinema-audiovisual sector provides information, advice and animation, in liaison with professional, cultural and institutional actors of the sector in the regions.
Its mission is divided into four main actions:
. it gives an opinion on the local and regional cultural environment of cinema, in particular as regards the "Art et essai" sector and local cinemas;
. provide support for film and audiovisual meetings and events;
. it participates in the coordination, monitoring and evaluation of the national systems: Secondary School Cinema, Film College, School and Cinema... ;
. it monitors production and filming in the Centre-Val de Loire region.

The Public Institution for Cultural Cooperation (EPCC) CICLIC, fruit of the cooperation between the State (DRAC Centre-Val de Loire) and the Centre-Val de Loire Region, is the focal point of film policy in the Centre-Val de Loire region.
Another important aspect of regional film policy is the networking of art-house cinemas.
In addition, some twenty associations located mainly in Tours and Orléans are involved in various fields (heritage, digital creation and dissemination, promotion of documentary, image education, dissemination of art and essay, etc...) and are accompanied in their actions by the DRAC.
