Regional Archaeology Days and Seminars
The seminars (SARC) and regional archaeological days are organized by the DRAC Centre-Val de Loire - Regional Service of Archaeology in collaboration with the National Institute of preventive archaeological research, Université François Rabelais de Tours and UMR 7324 CITERES – Laboratoire Archéologie et Territoires.
The days allow to expose, once a year, to professionals but also to the general public, the news of the research and the discoveries made on the sites of the region.
SARC covers a topic related to research questions and thus allows a thorough exchange on specific methodological points by giving the floor to the various specialists. They are held 3 times a year, alternately in Tours and Orléans.
