Financing for entrepreneurs

The Ministry of Culture contributes financially to the support fund proposed by the Institute for Financing Cinema and Creative Industries (IFCIC), to facilitate access to bank financing through two financing solutions: bank guarantee and loan.

The 4th Generation Future Investment Programme (AIP) and France 2030 schemes

These investment plans are now Open to Cultural and Creative Industries whose fashion is part of it. The Future Investment Programme (AIP), led by the General Secretariat for Investment (SGPI), was set up by the State to finance innovative and promising investments in the territory, to enable France to increase its potential for growth and jobs. Four operators are implementing these measures: Bpifrance, the National Research Agency, Ademe and the Caisse des dépôts-Banque des territoires.

The ANDAM Award

Founded in 1989, with the support of the Ministry of Culture and DEFI, as institutional partners, the ANDAM (Association Nationale de Développement des Arts de la Mode) its mission is to identify the emerging talents of contemporary creation and to offer them, through its prices, the means to shine, to parade within the Parisian fashion week, to develop their brand and to establish themselves sustainably in France and abroad; ensuring the dynamism of the Parisian fashion scene. The department makes its financial contribution to the awards each year.

Research in fashion

The Ministry of Culture encourages fashion research that enhances the wealth of archives and advances knowledge about fashion. That is why, Fashion crop(s), the first network of researchers in France, is supported by the ministry.
