Higher education in plastic arts
The higher education of the plastic arts, placed under the pedagogical control of the Ministry of Culture, is formed by a network of institutions spread over the entire national territory.
The Grand Est region has four art and design establishments:
A national higher school
- theNancy National School of Art and Design - ENSA
Tthree high schools
- theEhigher school of art and design (ESAD in Reims);
- theÉcole supérieure d'art de Lorraine (Esal-CEFEDEM in Metz and Epinal);
- the University of Rhine Arts (HEAR in Strasbourg and Mulhouse).
