Record:
Bastidaire site, CLOSE to Saint-Jérôme. The bastide is still on the site photos. Altitude between 96.00 and 86.00 m, gentle slope towards the south-east. Intermittent housing area, E on the Master Urban Plan of 1949 (Green city).
The plan of mass is organized in bands parallel to the avenue of Valdonne, with a return in square on the way of Merlan to La Rose. This 8-storey building takes up the balconies of La Paquerette and Les Rosiers as well as the gable of Trioulet. Other buildings are limited to 4 floors on ground floor.
The barrettes of Operation Million reproduce the arrangements of Mazargues' LOPOFA, the facade decorations less. The writing is minimal: sanitary void in rustic plaster, base marked with a frame on the lightening of the R+1 and crowning by an acroteric band.
The market will be renewed for the Olives housing.
