The missions relating to artistic creation at the Drac Île-de-France concern the fields of visual arts, dance, music and theatre.

Department of Visual Arts

the Drac intervenes in the field of contemporary art. Its mission is multiple: 

• support for public creation and awareness
• support for dissemination

Music and Dance Department

Dance

The Drac ensures the implementation, monitoring and evaluation of actions that fall under national dance policies. The scope of intervention covers all the aesthetic fields of dance, education and training, creation, dissemination and cultural action. (See link below)

The Drac ensures the implementation, monitoring and evaluation of actions that fall under national policies in favour of music. The scope of intervention covers all the aesthetic fields of music and the sectors of education and training, heritage, creation, dissemination and cultural action. (See link below)

The DRAC contributes to the implementation of national guidelines in the perspective of cultural planning of the territory, in the field of drama. (See link below)
