The use of state logotypes in Normandy
For better visibility, the state simplifies its communication. In the regions, for the decentralized services of the State, such as the Regional Directorate of Cultural Affairs of Normandy, the official title «Prefect of the Normandy region» represents all decentralised services when they are involved in a local mission.

Your structure is a beneficiary of financial assistance from DRAC Normandie: it must mention state aid on its communication media.
The Normandy Regional Directorate of Cultural Affairs (DRAC), a decentralized department of the Ministry of Culture, is placed under the authority of the Prefect of the region. In accordance with the graphic charter of the State, the DRAC, like any decentralized service, must use for its communication the trademark block of the prefect of region which is composed of the governmental identifier (Marianne), the title of the prefect of region and the republican currency.
Rules for use of the State logo
When to use the Prefect or Region Prefect Brand Block
The Prefect-Region brand block must be used on all communication media (brochure, poster, website, press kit...) of communities, associations or any organization receiving financial assistance from DRAC Normandy.
In the case of a typographical mention it is possible to add "With the support of the regional direction of cultural affairs Normandy".
Nominative invitations
In the case of nominative invitations, it is the Prefect or Regional Prefect who, for the DRAC, is the inviting power.
These invitations must be submitted to the Prefecture of the region, via the communication service of the DRAC Normandie, at least ten days before their printing or distribution.

The order of logos on communication media is as follows: State/ Region/ Department/ Community of agglomeration/ Community of communes/ Commune/ other partners.
- if the European Union is a partner: the logo is placed first, to the left of the State logo;
- if more than one State service is subsidizing, the rule stipulates that only one Marianne should appear
Minimum size of the Prefect of the Region brand block
The minimum size of the block-mark depends on the height of the Marianne, which must be at least 2.5 mm, or 20 pixels.

It is the Government logo that must be used. It is to be requested from the communication cell of the DRAC Normandie by email at communication.drac.normandie@culture.gouv.fr
The logo (prefect or ministry) must be used on all communication media (brochure, poster, website, press kit...) communities, associations or any organization receiving financial assistance from the DRAC Normandie or the Ministère de la Culture. This brand block is unique (it should only appear once).
- There cannot be two prefect logos (substitute them with the Government logo).
- There cannot be two departmental logos (choose the Government logo).
