各地区的常设管弦乐团
1960年代末，国家与地方当局一道实施了有利于长期音乐家乐团的政策，这使得能够在全国各地使遗产和当代曲目的交响乐作品得以生存，并使其能够为更多的人所使用。
除了作为国家运营商的巴黎管弦乐团和同时代乐团外，文化部目前还支持26个永久性交响乐团，其中3个被整合到各地区的歌剧院中。
各常设管弦乐团的任务分为五个主要领域：创作和制作，传播，与公众的关系，伙伴关系以及特别影响到青年的征聘和融合的专业问题。
这些团体主要演奏19世纪和20世纪的repertoires，每季演出近3000件不同的作品，约有200万观众，约有2500场音乐会。
