Apart from the judicial inquiry opened for disappearances of collections and objects, Fabian JORDAN and Christelle CREFF-WALRAVENS recalled the work of proofing in progress, confidential, that the Agglomeration supervises by the provision of its curator at halftime at the fabric printing museum, and that the DRAC supports by financial means that will be amplified in 2019 in order to accelerate the operation. This scientific work is essential to accurately assess disappearances, the situation of collections and the potential in terms of development.
Fabian JORDAN also wanted the financial audit requested in December to be launched in order to have a clear vision of the financial state of the structure. This audit should provide a clear view of the MISE situation, which is necessary before any financial commitment decision. The Agglomeration will finance this audit carried out by an outside firm.
The members of the Board of Directors and the representatives of the local authorities and the State, attached to the sustainability of the museum, wish to be able to envisage a serene and controlled redeployment of its scientific activity, cultural and commercial in the framework of a project expected and shared by all its partners.
