Media mobilization for media and information education
Local and national media of all kinds (press, radio, television, Internet) are increasingly involved in media literacy activities:
- Radio France, through its various branches (franceinfo, Mouv', France Bleu, France Inter, France Culture) has made media and information literacy one of its priorities, through numerous workshops and interventions with young audiences : https://www.radiofrance.com/agir-pour-linfo
- The application "The workshop franceinfo junior"allows teachers and their students to understand the making of information through franceinfo’s expertise and to make radio newspapers in class: https://www.radiofrance.com/lappli-franceinfo-junior - France Télévisions mobilizes its teams and its antennas to fight against disinformation with a #VraiOuFake device and launches a tour de France of the IMS and citizenship to accompany teachers in media education: https://www.francetelevisions.fr/et-vous/notre-tele/on-sengage/lutte-contre-les-fake-news-france-televisions-se-mobilise-14487
France Télévisions also coordinates Lumni, the Public Broadcasting Platform for Education for Students, Teachers and Educators, which includes many resources for media and information literacy: https://www.lumni.fr - France Médias Monde, which brings together the international public television and radio channels France 24, RFI and Monte Carlo Doualiya, is very mobilized in the fight against disinformation and offers regular programs on the decryption and deconstruction of false information.

- The TF1 group Organizes “Les Rencontres de l’info” in partnership with CLEMI to allow school audiences to discover behind the scenes the making of information:

- The Alliance for Media Education (APEM) promotes and develops media and information literacy for the Alliance de la presse d'information générale (APIG), which brings together the national, regional, departmental and weekly regional newspapers:

The APEM develops with the support of the Ministry of Culture the project "Media Path" for students of 3rd in professional discovery internship in press companies, which will be the subject of academic evaluation and research on youth and media relations.
Many local media, supported by the Ministry of Culture through the local radio expression support fund and the local social information media support fund, develop media education activities. The ministry also supported the qualification of several local media networks in MIL: Radio Campus France – IASTAR, Syndicat national des radios libres, Fédération de l'audiovisuel participative.
