1% artistic

Decree no. 2002-677 of 29 April 2002 as amended, concerning the obligation to decorate public buildings and specifying the conditions for the award of contracts intended to satisfy this obligation, is the legal text which determines the scope of the 1% artistic (public buildings concerned, nature of artistic interventions).

Note: two ministries (Defense and Interior) have specified by a joint decree to the Ministry of Culture their constructions that are excluded from the scope of the 1% artistic.

Public Order Code
