With the aim of promoting cultural practices and reducing asymmetries between television services and digital players, The DGMIC opens a public consultation to gather the comments of the actors concerned on the advisability of a perpetuation of the authorization of the television advertising for the cinema and on an experimental authorization of the advertising for the literary terrestrial terrestrial television services.
As provided for in Decree No. 2020-983 of 5 August 2020 amending the television advertising regime, the DGMIC publishes an impact study on the experimentation of television advertising for cinema.
