How to mention the help of the DRAC Provence-Alpes-Côte d'Azur on your communication media?
The use of logos indicating the state mark in your documents is subject to specific rules, concerning the nature of the logo, its graphics and its positioning.
The Regional Directorate of Cultural Affairs Provence-Alpes-Côte d'Azur is under the authority of the Prefect of Region while being a decentralized service of the Ministry of Culture.
You are a structure and want to communicate with the State brand, the logo to use differs according to the situations.
IMPORTANT : there must be only one State mark in your documents even if several State services subsidize you (never 2 Marianne side by side).
Under a subsidy from the DRAC PACA (excluding the Recovery Plan) :
- you benefit from the only grant of the DRAC PACA: you must use the logo of the Prefect of Region.
- you benefit from a grant from the DRAC PACA and a grant from another decentralized service of the region: the logo Prefect of Region is also necessary.
- you receive a grant from the DRAC PACA and a grant from another department: the Government logo must be used.

A piece of advice : Save the file to open it with the desired application.
Notes on the graphics:
- The mark block of the prefect of Region is always on the left.
- the State Mark Block must maintain a minimum size such that the Marianne must not be less than 2.5 mm high or 20 pixels for an internet version. The proportions between the elements of the block will be equally preserved.
- colours must not be changed. Brand blocks live first in colour on a white background. When the environment is not under control, it must live on a coloured or disturbed background, inside a white cartridge.
Special case of invitation cards
For an event with nominative invitation, it is the prefect of the Region who represents the State for the DRAC and as such invites participants.
However, we invite you to have your card validated sufficiently in advance with the communication department of the DRAC PACA before any distribution.
Special case of the use of the Ministry of Culture logo:
The Ministry of Culture logo can only be used in the following two cases:
- financed by central appropriations of the Ministry of Culture.
- participation in national events organised by the Ministry: European Heritage Days, European Night of Museums...

In the context of a subsidy linked to the Recovery Plan :
You must affix the "France relance" logo to your media concerning the activity related to the recovery plan.
Recovery Plan logo to download: "France relaunches". This logo shall be displayed to the right of the State mark, as set out below.
Important: if you already benefit from a grant from the DRAC, you must include the logo of the Prefect of Region with the logo of the Recovery Plan (green button) on his right.
For other Recovery Plan logo formats, you can access the communication kit on the site economy.gouv.fr.
In any case, you must comply with the use of the logo according to the graphic charter of France Relance that you can download HERE.
Guarantee of the protocol order
Any document or medium mentioning several partners must respect a protocol order of presentation. This order is as follows: State - Region - Department - Agglomeration community - Community of communes - Commune - other partners. The block mark of the prefect of Region is always on the left.
If the European Union is a partner, its logo takes precedence over all others and must therefore be placed to the left of the State brand.
If the Rectorate is a partner, the logo of the Academy takes place between that of the prefect and that of the Region.
