The legal regime for the exercise of the activity of entrepreneur of live shows is transformed from 1 October 2019

The new legal regime for the exercise of the activity of entrepreneur of live shows came into force on October 1, 2019.
Since 1 October 2019, the legal regime of the exercise of the activity of entrepreneur of live shows is subject to the obligation of online declaration of the activity, for entrepreneurs established in France, and the obligation of online information, for entrepreneurs established outside France.
The objectives of the procedure are identical: the verification of compliance with social law, labour law, intellectual property law and the security of performance venues.
The procedures are now fully dematerialized (no paper file sent).

How to submit your statement or information online?
After account creation (or identification if the reporting person already has an account), the form must be completed directly online. Supporting documents to download will be requested throughout the steps of the form (list of documents in the last pages of this file [submit the link to the sheets]. When your form is validated, your declaration will be sent to the Regional Directorate of Cultural Affairs (DRAC), which is responsible for the main establishment of your organization. If you are not established in France, the information is addressed to the DRAC of the first performance.

Upon validation of your electronic declaration, you will receive a receipt to the email address provided when creating your account. This document shall be considered as a licence subject to fulfilling that the activity or proposed activity meets the conditions set out in article L.7122-3, in particular in terms of the contractor’s training, experience or competence, and compliance with labour law, social law, intellectual property law and the security of performing arts venues.
