The Merovingian necropolis of Tabariane, Teilhet, 2007
The Merovingian necropolis of Tabariane, in the commune of Teilhet, is known since 1880. Deployed on three terraces, the site has benefited from systematic excavations since 1998. Aimed at completeness, these excavations allow to contextualize the collections of objects, to better understand the organization of the tombs and understand the evolution of the necropolis.

The Merovingian necropolis of Tabariane, Teilhet, 2010
This Merovingian necropolis, known since 1880, was first excavated between 1901 and 1903 before disappearing from the collective memory. It has been explored again since 1998, even serving as a training site for 10 years. This last excavation in 2010 made it possible to map the necropolis, uncover and study the graves of the VIe and VIIe centuries as well as cremations.
