Si l'Union européenne est partenaire, son logo est placé en premier, à gauche du logo État ; si plusieurs services de l’État subventionnent ou soutiennent un projet, la règle stipule de ne faire figurer qu'une seule Marianne estampillée du logo « Gouvernement » .
