Arts and Cultural Education
Arts and cultural education is a priority to ensure cultural democratization and equal opportunities, especially for young people, from kindergarten to university.
Missions
- Implement the path of arts and cultural education, in order to guarantee an education through art and art (its diversity, its evolution, its richness, both in its national and international dimension);
- To ensure the emancipation of individuals through the development of sensitivity, critical thinking and creativity;
- Promote mutual engagement between different partners around projects: educational community and cultural world, voluntary sector and civil society, State and local authorities;
- Support the training of the various actors;

In concrete terms, the DRAC is partnering with the Ministry of National Education and Higher Education, local authorities and DRAAF to implement:
- Courses (specialties or optional options) and artistic workshops;
- Residences with public or private institutions that provide space for young people to exhibit their creation by providing them with the necessary means;
- Twinning;
- Training courses;
- Specific projects or partnerships with cultural bodies.
For all these actions, the DRAC contributes humanly and financially to the emergence, assembly and implementation of projects.
