Within the framework of France 2030 is launched the call for expression of interest «Territorial poles of cultural and creative industries».
Endowed with a total of €46.8 million, launched by the State in the framework of France 2030 and entrusted to the Banque des Territoires for its operational implementation, this ambitious scheme supports the emergence of shared initiatives aimed at structuring a territorial ecosystem of cultural and creative industries (such as pole, cluster or business hub).
The first phase of this action will take the form of a €1.8 million Call for Expression of Interest (RMO), which will help to better identify the current territorial dynamics, and to provide support for the structuring of a territorial pole of cultural and creative industries, via project engineering financing.
This AMI is aimed at projects that seek to build or consolidate the structuring of clusters organized around innovative cultural enterprises, cultural venues of dissemination, associations, training and research institutions, and local authorities.
It aims to measure the potential mobilization of the various actors of the territory, to assess the level of ambition of the projects, and to support the structuring of the initiatives. It will thus make it possible to identify future respondents to the call for funding projects (phase 2) that will take place in a second phase (spring 2024), in order to support the deployment of the most ambitious and best structured cluster projects (winners or not of phase 1).
Special attention will be paid to initiatives in the fields of crafts, design and fashion design, as well as sound and image technologies. However, projects from all sectors of the cultural and creative industries are eligible.
