Sponsorship, partnership or grant funding requires you to use the Ministry of Culture logo and branding block on your communications materials. You will find below the different terms of use, in application of the graphic charter of the State.
All the documents on which these brand blocks appear must be submitted for validation
at least 10 days before sending to the following address: charte.dicom@culture.gouv.fr

Any fraudulent use of the name or logo is subject to sanctions.
Which logo to use?
- You have the support of the Ministry of Culture or the Ministry of Culture as well as a State service in the region (Prefect - Regional Directorate of Cultural Affairs): it will only be necessary to use the trademark block of the Ministry of Culture with the mention «supported by»

2. Vous avez le soutien de plusieurs ministères ou bien de plusieurs ministères ainsi que d’un ou plusieurs services de l’Etat en Région (Préfet) il faudra uniquement utiliser le bloc-marque du Gouvernement.

3. En cas de subvention par la Direction Régionale des Affaires culturelles (DRAC), il faudra uniquement utiliser le bloc-marque PRÉFET DE / PRÉFET DU. Ce logo est à demander directement à votre correspondant communication au sein de la direction régionale.
How to use this logo?
The state mark is unique and there cannot be multiple state logos on the same medium.
The logo is used in colour on a white background and is placed first on the logo-partner strips at the bottom left.
1. Use des couleurs
Block marks must live with their white background (with white turning as indicated in the charter). Breaking the block mark on colored background is forbidden.
Breaking the block mark (without its white background) directly on colored background is prohibited.
The color versions (CMYK and RGB) are to be used in priority.
A black and grey version exists, only for black and white documents (The black and white version of the logo is reserved strictly for the period of mourning).
2. Positioning of other partner logos
The departmental and interdepartmental branding blocks are placed first on the logo strips at the bottom left.
The other logotypes are positioned at the same level and in the same proportions.
