"Profoundly modified in its economy by the place dedicated to the President of the Republic since 1958, the public ceremony is a kind of condensed which makes it possible to study the difficulties of the republican State to redeploy a symbolic policy in the context of mutations of all kinds that affect French society and the answers it tries to bring. To address this issue, the seminar brings together political actors, event specialists and researchers from the social sciences. '
