The main measures implemented by the Ministry of Culture to reduce the gender pay gap in the Ministry of Culture’s 2021-2024 Gender Equality Action Plan are:
- identify and act in favour of the elimination of wage inequalities and obstacles to advancement
- fight against stereotypes and discrimination in access to jobs of the Ministry of Culture
- facilitate equal access to career paths
- facilitate a better articulation between professional and personal life.
