Eligibility
- Emerging Creators with no age limit
- Artistic profile of all disciplines from musical composition to directing, visual arts, theatre, dance and all new hybrid forms
- Having a keen interest in contemporary musical and sound creation, and having an immersion approach in live performance.
Proposed accompaniment
- Opportunity to explore hybrid writing
- Residency in 3 times alternating workshops, masterclass, free working time or accompanied on stage and studio, meetings with the supervising artists and restitution
- Meeting space and professional, non-degree training
- Provision of GRAME’s technical, scientific and artistic resources
- Accommodation and lunch supported by GRAME during the 3 sessions
- Transport and evening meals at the expense of the participants during the 3 sessions
Period
- 1st working session: from 27 March to 5 April 2023
- 2nd working session: June 2023, dates to be determined
- 3rd restitution session: June 2023, following the 2nd session, date to be determined
Application procedures
The file sent must consist of:
- The fact sheet completed (file name: FILE_NAME)
- a detailed CV (max 1 page) (file name: CV_NAME)
- a reflection note on the idea of immersion in the show (2 pages max) (file name: NOTE_NOM)
- examples of projects that are meaningful to you (3 max) (file name: EX_NAME)

GRAME, created in 1982, is one of the 8 centres that make up the network of national music creation centres, labeling created by the Ministry of Culture. It is a place of reception and residence for composers, performers, researchers and artists of various disciplines and produces in Lyon the B!ME, Biennale des musiques exploratoires, a highlight of transdisciplinary projects: a series of shows, of concerts and innovative exhibitions around the sound medium for everyone.
