Biodiversity degradation affects all French territories. Recent years have seen the growth of territorial initiatives, particularly in the scientific and artistic fields, which contribute to renewing the look on the living and the links between humans and the rest of the living. Support for change at the territorial level, however, remains to be strengthened.
Erable, what is it?
National consultation launched by the European Public Interest Group (GIP) for architectural and urban projects, ÉRABLE is funded by the Ministry of Ecological Transition and Territorial Cohesion. It should make it possible to develop knowledge on territorial biodiversity issues and its consideration in spatial planning.
This consultation is part of the National Biodiversity Strategy 2030. It intends to support local authorities in the construction of a narrative of biodiversity in the territories, documenting and encouraging initiatives to reconnect with the living in local projects. The consultation must make it possible to select research projects in order to support them and ensure their dissemination.
