On November 28, 2023, in Chaumont (Haute-Marne), will be signed the Caravelle Convention, framework convention for the development of artistic and cultural education (EAC) - Experimentation for the mobility of Haut-Marnais students between the State (DRAC Grand Est and Académie de Reims), the Grand Est Region, the Conseil départemental de la Haute-Marne and the SAS pass Culture.
On the occasion of this event, which is a first in France, the partners offer a day of meeting on the new challenges of the EAC in rural areas.
