In order to best prepare students for their future profession, the school has organized for almost ten years, the reception within it of an artist associated with the different activities of the school (choreographic workshops, collaboration with architectural workshops, proposals for artistic interventions and performances, joint proposals with teachers, interaction between awareness of the space and the work of the project in architecture, etc.) allowing the discovery of architecture through the sensory perception of spatiality and the body in motion.

The ENSAM, in partnership with the DRAC Occitanie wished to renew this arrangement of hosting an artist residency within the school for a period of three years.

This artist will summon otherness by associating one with several other artists covering other disciplinary fields;

The selected artist will begin his residency on January 1, 2025.

However, in order to facilitate the transition, 4 meetings at ENSAM with the teams are expected in 2024.
