The safety of cultural institutions, and the safety of the public and officers, are at the heart of the Ministry of Culture’s concerns.
The guide outlines a methodology and a series of actions to be taken to prepare leaders, such as public officials, to respond to a terrorist attack. It is recalled that the head of establishment is responsible for the safety and security of his establishment: he/she must therefore adapt the recommendations contained in this guide according to the material and human situation of his establishment. To prepare for a possible attack, the leader can rely on internal expertise at the institution or ministerial and interdepartmental.
