The VIGIPIRATE plan occupies a special place at the heart of the government’s action against the terrorist threat.
In its new version, it aims to better inform citizens about terrorism, the mechanisms used to deal with it, and the actions and behaviours that protect and save.
It is thus a question of raising the resilience capacity of the entire society. A public document, Facing together, has been drafted for this purpose, for those responsible for sites hosting the public on the one hand, but also for the whole population.
