Decree no. 2009-1367 of 6 November 2009 (published in the Official Journal of 10 November) on the creation of the Interministerial Committee on Disability.
It replaces the interdepartmental delegation to persons with disabilities.
Chaired by the Prime Minister or, by delegation, by the Minister responsible for persons with disabilities, and composed of ministers concerned with disability policies, the committee will strengthen interdepartmental coherence and cross-cutting disability policies.
Culture Tourism Convention 2009

Culture-Tourism Convention of 1 June 2006
Objectives: to integrate specifically cultural criteria in the evaluation of the "Tourism and Disability" label and to encourage the labelization of cultural places; to pool the study policy, publishing and promoting access to arts and culture for people with disabilities; developing a joint action for promotion and communication.
Convention culture-handicap of 1 June 2006
Objectives: to develop the twinning between medico-social institutions and cultural facilities, each accompanied by the designation of a culture referent within or at the medico-social institution concerned.

Order of 20 July 2005 relating to the courses of study of architecture leading to the diploma of study in architecture conferring the degree of licence and the diploma of State of architect conferring the degree of master.
In Annex II, it states that "The construction and development of our cities must integrate as early as possible a process of development of quality of uses for all, based on minimum criteria of mobility and perception essential to some of us, depending on their specific differences. It is a question of ensuring to each user a use without inconvenience of the space, to meet the needs of perception, convenience, fluidity, simplicity... in a word of accessibility for all on the physical, sensory and mental planes ".
The law "for equal rights and opportunities, participation and citizenship of persons with disabilities" of 11 February 2005 concretizes in particular the following principles: widespread accessibility for all areas of social life (education, employment, built environment, transport...); right to compensation for the consequences of disability; participation and proximity, implemented by the creation of the Departmental Houses of the disabled. In its Chapter III (Article 36), it establishes a Fund for the Integration of Persons with Disabilities in the Public Service (FIPHFP), which came into force on 1 January 2006.
Agreement signed on 20 October 2003 between the Centre des Monuments Nationaux, the Groupement pour l'insertion des personnes handicapées physiques (Giph), the Association des paralysés de France (APF), the Union nationale des associations de parents et amis des personnes handicapées mentales (UNAPEI) and the Fédération nationale des sourds de France (FNSF).
