Cultural action centre and territories

The Cultural Action and Territories Cluster is leading the DRAC’s policy to ensure the participation and access of all inhabitants to cultural life.

It animates the policy of territorial action within the framework of priority geography in order to reduce inequalities of access to culture, in an approach of accompaniment and cultural development of territories.

It promotes the development of arts and cultural education at all ages of life through interdepartmental policies throughout the region.

This approach is carried out in partnership with local authorities, artistic and cultural actors in the region and in liaison with other State administrations.
