The Triennial Convention between the DRAC, the Region and the CNL under the FADEL was renewed in March 2018.
What is the FADEL?
Following the NOTRe law and the merger of the regions on 1 January 2016, it was decided to harmonize support for the book sector, provided by the State - the DRAC of Normandy and the National Book Center (CNL) - and the Normandy Region, through the establishment of a single mechanism, the Fund for the Development of the Book Economy (FADEL), so that it benefits book professionals of the five Norman departments and more particularly booksellers and to publishers.
