This blog ( http://plainesdete.en/ ) increase the number of meetings proposed between July and December 2020 throughout the regional territory.
Some examples of appointments among the 500 proposed: The Emolia ensemble at the Béthune kiosk, A Friday evening in Péronne, A drink outside, The Sandelin museum welcomes bird singers in Saint-Omer.
This season of artistic impromptus is among the many actions proposed by the Drac Hauts-de-France, as part of the Summer plan carried out by the Ministry of Culture in the context of the health crisis of spring 2020 which saw many projects and actions of Arts and Cultural Education (EAC) postponed, adapted or cancelled.
More than 45 artistic teams, companies, artists, collectives offer meetings to the inhabitants of Hauts-de-France as well as to the passing public. They represent various disciplines such as theatre, dance, music but also street arts, design, visual arts or literature. Artistic impromptus, are encounters between artists, their creations and the public of a territory. Original because they do not stand in spaces traditionally dedicated to artistic diffusion (theatre, museums, art center...), they are designed with the complicity of communities and partners of the territories. Thus, these meetings have places where people work, live, walk where are entertained: public places, market, factories, forest, Ephad, mediatheques...
Some of these impromptus are open to all and others are reserved for a specific audience such as those of a social center. They can be announced while others take place by surprise, without prior information.
