This protocol imposes a positioning of the "State" logo first from the left and is as follows:
State/ Region/ Department/ Agglomeration community/ Community of communes/ Commune/ other partners
If the European Union is a partner, its logo is placed first, to the left of the State logo; if several State services subsidize or support a project, the rule stipulates to include only one Marianne stamped with the logo «Government».
