Contracts territory reading (CTL)
The Reading Territory Contracts (CTL) are intended to provide financial support for multi-year projects, particularly for young audiences. They support the logic of spatial planning and promote intervention at the inter-communal or departmental level. They are based on co-funding between the Cultural Affairs Directorate and the community.
CTL is based on a methodology including a diagnosis, regular steering committee and final evaluation. An important lever for the development of cultural action in libraries through the establishment of a rich and quality animation program, the first reading territory contract was born in the municipality of Chirongui in 2017.
