Georges Didi-Huberman, philosopher and art historian, former resident of the Académie de France in Rome – Villa Medicis, teaches at the École des hautes études en sciences sociales. Author of many books, he succeeds to this prestigious award, notably French Pierre Boulez, Jacques Derrida or Jean-Luc Godard.
