Modernisation of organisation, methods and procedures
The Strategy and Modernization Department supports all departments in defining the modernization strategy. He leads the modernization and reform of the organization, methods and procedures within the ministry. It designs and manages departmental management control. It ensures the consistency of departmental information systems. He manages the project management of all the information systems of the General Secretariat.
