Training objectives, contents and procedures
Why?
The Cycle des Hautes Etudes de la Culture aims to re-examine the major themes of cultural policies in the light of changes in our environment.
For the listeners, this cycle brings a better strategic vision on cultural policies and through the joint work and the confrontation of points of view and experiences, an increase in collaborative capacity and a strong network of partners for the rest of their professional lives.
For whom?
The cycle is aimed at agents with high supervisory potential of the three public functions and their establishments, national and local elected representatives, journalists, artists, executives of companies or associations, representatives of trade unions, foreign embassy advisers and attachés.
How?
The Session takes place in 9 modules of 2 to 3 days per month: Thursdays and Fridays, sometimes extended by Saturday for 3 others.
Each module is an opportunity to address a cultural policy issue.
Module content:
- Conference debates
- Visits to cultural sites, companies working in the field of culture
- Regional travel
- Group work
The Session articulates a constant dialogue between a broad vision of the issues at stake and concrete and operational implementation. To this end, the modules are organized in such a way as to highlight for each topic a triptych findings/issues/recommendations.
And after the Session
The Session ends with a presentation of a former auditor’s title that can be presented by everyone in terms of the enhancement of their background and membership of this network.
