A Diversity of Careers of Audiovisual and Performing Arts Authors – The 1997-2008 SACD Authors
The publication presents the results of a study carried out using the database of authors affiliated with the Société des auteurs et compositeurs dramatiques since 1997.
The analysis reveals the increase in the population of affiliated authors for more than ten years (+47%), the multiplication of the number of creations and broadcasts and the increase in the fees paid, which nevertheless remain concentrated on a minority of authors.

Writers, photographers, composers... Artists affiliated with Agessa in 2008
Painters, graphic designers, sculptors... Artists affiliated with the Maison des artistes in 2009
These two publications are the result of the exploitation of data relating to the affiliated artists of Agessa on the one hand and the House of Artists on the other hand, two societies managing the social security of artists in the fields of writing and graphic arts.
Complementary to the exploitation of SACD data, these two studies confirm the increase in the number of authors and artists and the concentration of rights paid to a minority of them. The set provides insight into the current situation of the artistic profession in different sectors.
