Relevant audience
This seminar is aimed at experienced francophone professionals (administrators of cultural structures, public service managers, responsible for cultural projects of local authorities, responsible for the development and management of cultural policies) without exclusive geographical area, contributing in their country of origin to the conduct of cultural projects with a structuring impact in terms of public policy.
Conditions
The seminar is held in French only.
Once completed, the application file must imperatively be sent to the Cooperation and Cultural Action Services of the Embassy of France or the French Institute of the candidate’s country of residence by email to obtain their opinion.
If necessary, you will find all the contact details of the French embassies abroad online.
Only these departments are authorized to forward applications to the Ministry of Culture. The latter does not receive applications from foreign professionals directly.
Application and documents to be sent
- the duly completed form,
- a copy of the international passport,
- a photo of the candidate respecting the photographic rules required for official documents,
- one or more documents presenting the cultural structure in which the professional candidate practices,
- the certificate of employment of the professional candidate and a description of his or her responsibilities.

Selection schedule
June 15, 2022: Deadline for receipt of applications to the Ministry of Culture, sent by the cooperation and cultural action services of the Embassy of France or the French Institute of the candidate’s country of residence.
July - August 2022: Selected professionals will be contacted by email to begin preparing for the seminar.
October 10-22, 2022: collective seminar in Paris
Expenses covered if successful
- teaching fees,
- accommodation costs (accommodation and catering),
- domestic travel in France for the purposes of the programme,
- insurances.
Attention: the international transport ticket is not supported and must be assumed either by the applicant, his home institution, the French Embassy or the French Institute of the country of residence, or any other body. Visa fees are also not covered.
