Created in 2004 in Moulins (Ille-et-Vilaine), the association “Rue des Arts” proposes a territory project promoting access to culture for all. Committed to the dissemination of street arts in rural areas, it also supports artistic creation by hosting companies in residence.
Supported by the Regional Directorate of Cultural Affairs of Brittany , the festival DésARTiculé has established itself over the years as a highlight in the field of street arts in Brittany.
This 20th edition continues the experience of the past year by radiating for a month on the territory of the two communities of communes. Highlight of the festival, thirty shows are scheduled on June 22 and 23 in Moulins. Musicians-jugglers, sweepers-dancers, burlesque acrobats, the festival DésARTiculé decompartmentalizes genres and invites to a moment of discovery, meeting and exchange under the sign of conviviality.
This year the festival DésARTiculé invites in particular two Breton companies :
- Mouth (Sandrine Juglair) presents Dicklove Friday 28 June at 22:30 and Saturday 29 June at 23:00 at the Cour de la Salle in Moulins.
This show received support for the production of the DRAC de Bretagne in 2021.

- It hoari (Pauline Sonnic and Nolwen Ferry): the company contracted by the DRAC of Brittany presents Tsef Zon on Friday 14 June at 7:30 pm at the Availles sur Seiche Park.
