The Ministry of Culture launches the first national days dedicated to libraries: "Biblis en folie". In rural communities as well as in the heart of Brittany’s metropolises, the public is invited to (re)discover its local library, to participate in the many festive and free events.
"Biblis en folie" aims to highlight the modernity of this essential cultural public service, at the heart of digital mutations. These days strengthen the link between libraries and their public, through the discovery of the multiplicity of their activities and services. They are also an opportunity to promote the commitment of librarians, professionals and volunteers who animate these places on a daily basis.

Côtes-d'Armor

The media library of Merdrignac turns 20. She is full of activities for all for a real "Biblis en Folie" day on Saturday, September 28:
- From 10am to 12pm : the Fabrik'a hosts a workshop special for 20 years - from 9 years
- From 10am to 6pm : travel back in time with Mauron’s nomadic playground. The bus is set up in the car park of the media library. And to wait, discover the wooden games installed on the parking lot and under tent
- From 10am to 6pm : reading marathon. Readers take turns for a collective reading performance open to all! Come participate or listen...
- 11:45 am : moment of conviviality and discourse with the choir of the EMIM School of Intercommunal Music of Merdrignac
- From 2 pm to 6 pm : creative workshop. Come decorate your tote bag "birthday"
- From 2 to 5 pm : get a portrait in the mobile gallery of Neven
- Over the afternoon Workshops "citizen consultation", blind-test ciné, diaporama, exhibition "Your Imaginary media library"

The media library of Saint-Pol-de-Léon, with the Haut-Léon Media Library Network, saturday, September 28th. A full day to celebrate the end of the Cultural Olympiad and Paralympics.
- All day : discovery of the photo exhibition dedicated to disabled sport in partnership with the children’s MO exhibition.
- 14H30: meeting with the athletes of the Handi Basket section of the basketball club Leonard. Discussion and exchanges with athletes, presentation and demonstration of Handi sport equipment.
- 3.30 pm: Botchia and Sarbacane workshop Hosted by the Ehpad de Kersaudy. Presentation and demonstration of these two sports that can adapt to all, valid athletes or in a situation of HANDICAP.
- 4:00 pm: great shared snack to close the Olympiads and celebrate "Biblis en folie".

The media library "Curiosities" of Châteaubourg presents the Saturday, September 28, from 10 to 1 pm and from 3 to 5 pm, an exhibition organized as part of the Multimedia Month of Arléane-Vitré library network Community. The exhibition invites the viewer to explore a graphic and poetic urban landscape. Walking through this surprising city in cardboard boxes, equipped with a red magnifying glass, young and old can unmask images and other graphic surprises initially invisible to the naked eye. The application that accompanies this exhibition brings these still images to life, offering a second animated reading to the visitor.
