It is with great sadness that I learned this morning of the disappearance in Nepal of Pierre-Vladimir Lobadowsky, a collaborator of great human and professional value.

Pierre-Vladimir has accompanied me since May 2012 to the Ministry of Digital Economy, Innovation and Small and Medium Enterprises, and joined me at the Ministry of Culture and Communication, as Project Manager Digital Ecosystems, video game and cultural entrepreneurship.

My deepest thoughts go out to his family, his companion’s family, and all their loved ones and friends.
