The context
The agglomeration community of Boulonnais has for several years, initiated and developed, with its partners, education and awareness programs, showing a permanent desire to offer children of the territory, young people and their families, the widest possible access to the cultural and artistic offer. With an ambitious goal of generalization, it was decided to renew in 2022 a local arts education contract (CLEA) throughout life spread over three school years.
The CLEA gives a special place to an artistic and cultural education thought «throughout the life», coherent and inter-communal, thus addressing all inhabitants of the territory whatever their age and to all professionals in the cultural, social, medico-social, health, associative life, etc. that compose it.
