2.2 Applying for Press Incubation Programs
- Under the terms of your agreement, a request for payment of the balance may be submitted either at least 1 year after the project has started and the agreement has been signed, or at the end of the program.
Detailed rules for payment of aid
The payment of the second instalment shall be subject to a favourable decision by the Director-General for Media and Cultural Industries, after consideration of the progress or final report provided by the beneficiary. According to the terms of your agreement, the administration may reduce the total amount of the grant or even suspend it if the initial objectives (listed in particular in the "eligible expenditure" annex of your agreement) are not achieved.
As a reminder, the subsidy was calculated for a period of two years.

Supporting documents having a significant volume can be deposited on the server at the following address: zephyrin.ext.culture.fr ; or through a link wetransfer.com. Using other file sharing platforms (Google Drive, Dropbox...) does not guarantee that documents will be received correctly.
