1st edition of the Parliament of Photography – 5 November 2019- INHA
The Photography Parliament is a consultative body set up by the Ministry of Culture. It is a place of exchange and dialogue between all the actors of the world of photography.
The objective of the Parliament of photography is to identify concrete recommendations for public action in the field of photography. In order to respond to the specific challenges of this discipline, it is organized into three thematic committees:
- Photojournalism committee
- Creation Committee
- National Committee for Photographic Heritage
Calendrier
The committees of the Parliament of Photography will meet several times a year to develop recommendations which will then be shared and made public in an annual plenary session.
Plenary session of the European Parliament
After more than a year devoted to meetings with the actors of the sector, the Delegation to photography organizes the plenary session of the Parliament of photography
Tuesday, November 05, 2019 from 9 am to 1 pm
Colbert Auditorium, Institut national d'Histoire de l'Art, 2 rue Vivienne - 75002 Paris.
This plenary session will see four round tables dedicated to heritage, the diffusion of creation, publishing, and finally photojournalism. It should make it possible to share the issues discussed at Parliament meetings, as well as actions already initiated by the Ministry of Culture.
This plenary session will see four round tables moderated by journalist Sophie Bernard.
Each round table should make it possible to present the points raised in the meeting, the actions implemented and will give place to a time of exchange with the public.
