On Friday, October 7, 2022, a technical day with the theme “Lead in Historic Monuments” is organized by the Sub-Directorate of Historic Monuments and Heritage Sites, ICOMOS France, the Compagnie des architectes en chef des monuments historiques and the Laboratoire de recherche des monuments historiques in the auditorium of the Médiathèque du patrimoine et de la photographie.

This professional meeting that mobilizes more than thirty speakers will provide an update on the available resources and the needs of analyses, measurements and data, and will offer feedback (protocols, practices of the heritage sectors most concerned) on the prevention of lead risk on construction sites and in companies.

Its objective is to prepare the development of a national protocol for the organization of a site in the presence of lead.
