Special commissions
The specialized commissions of the CSPLA are dedicated working groups, each on a specific subject. They shall be set up within the High Council, as necessary, by decision of the President of the High Council, who shall appoint the person responsible for chairing its work and who shall determine its composition. Depending on their field of competence, they may include experts from outside the Board of Governors.
The work of the specialised committees results in a report and a draft opinion. These are submitted to the Higher Council meeting in plenary session for deliberation. The opinions and recommendations of the High Council shall be adopted by consensus or by vote. They are then sent to the minister responsible for culture.
