Alexandra BENSAMOUN, professor of private law at the Université Paris-Saclay. Joëlle FARCHY, economist, is a university professor at Paris I Panthéon - Sorbonne, where she directs the Master’s Degree in Economics of Culture and Digital Sciences. A specialist in the economics of cultural industries and digital technologies, she is also director of the School of Media and Digital Sciences at the Sorbonne (EMNS).

Emmanuel GABLA is General Engineer of Mines, member of the Autorité de régulation des communications électroniques et des postes (ARCEP) since 2019.

Jean-Philippe MOCHON, State Councillor, Assessor at the 5th Chamber of the Litigation Section. In particular, after serving as legal advisor at the Permanent Representation of France to the European Union, he was Head of the Legal and International Affairs Department of the Ministry of Culture between 2010 and 2015. He also chairs the Commission provided for in Article L. 214-4 of the Intellectual Property Code concerning equitable remuneration for the legal licence applicable to the rights related to recorded music. 

François MOREAU, professor of economics at the University of Paris 13, researcher at the Centre d'économie de Paris nord (CEPN) and head of the Master in Innovation and Management of Intellectual Property.
